Nibali's still trying to ride into form. Should be pretty obvious given he sat up on the previous heavy climbing stage and he's not dropping Impey here lol

But it's moronic that Sky and Movi don't push him out of the GC for good. He is not the guy you want trailing by 3 min in the Alps

He will lose several minutes tomorrow and on Sunday probably, no need to push hard today.

Pinot and Contador are struggling but no one want to gain time on them ??

It seems like Movistar and Sky have already written off Pinot and Contador and don't care about putting time into them today.
