Pinot should be more careful on the KOMs
How many points were on offer for the Cat 2? I think he's now got his eyes on the stage win so why dig deep on that climb

He took 2pts on Cat 2, instead of 3pts if he had came in 2nd:true it is not a big difference, but you never know.

Movistar need to break this up on the steep bits that favour Quintana but it looks like they don't have the numbers? Can only actually see Valverde & Quintana. Jon should be there somewhere ...

well expecting Movistar with strategy? it's probably better watching a pain dry.. And don't get me started with BMC.

Time to unleash the Landa and get that group smaller

I don't think Sky should rip it up and wear out Froome. His strength is his one climb blast. Wait for Arcalis.

I think they just want to keep the pace high to discourage Quintana from going long range and trying to join up with his two teammates up the road.

Time to snooze until the foot of the final climb.

Try Wimbledon while you're waiting.
nahhh, Andy is also choo chooo-ing his way torwards 2nd Wimbledon :)

Murray winning this Wimbledon is the equivalent of Nibali tour win in 2014. Zero credibility.
no.

have nadal and djokovic crashed out off Wimbledon?

people always suggest that some team should attack SKY,but never mention who personally should do the attack- who is strong enough to dropp landa, poels and thomas AND keep the pace high enough in the front to put henao under pressure

just tune in. What's up with big peloton after 2 climbs?..

thats what happens when one team has 6 riders who would be leaders in their own teams

lol.. good point. But what I'm scratching my head. Why would this guy prefer to ride as domestique in sky than being a leader in other team? Money? Even if they want to be a leader, it's like a dog fight for anyone under Froome or if you aren't Brit?

And Murray has actually won Wimbledon before, unlike Nibali and previous Tours.

Anyway, are Sky going to be allowed to set a modest tempo right up to Arcalis, it surely favours Froome to just have a 1 climb blast.

it actually paid off for landa at least,he got paid a lot more than he delivered in results sooo...its gamble, but at the same time its safe paycheck without much pressure to deliver

Nadal didn't even play this year and Novak losing was the equivalent of Contador or Froome crashing out tbh.

Because they get to lead in other races?
