Thomas was one of the strongest climbers for the first 2 weeks of last years Tour.

:D :D I love these conditions. It's not over....Nibs doesn't have this. All those guys chasing him can demon descend. I probably agree Nibs best descending days were earlier in his career. But he earned the reputation. It's not all hype, imo. Love watching him-- especially in the Liquigas years.

And he's done very little in this Tour so about time he did a good shift in the mountains.
