You have to damit that objectively that wasn't a very good tour.
Freudian slip?
No, no we don't. It wasn't all that competitive GC-wise, sure. But outside of that I found it one of the most entertaining stage races in ages.
What?
Ages = time passed between the end of Suisse and the Tour

But the Österreich Rundfahrt was better than the tour :roll eyes:

Edit: And there was the tour de pologne too, and while the Österreich Rundfahrt was a joke the tour de pologne was actually really better than the tour. :D

2 minutes should be enough. Of course, you can never rule out a last-minute implosion, especially with young riders, but Pellaud's the favourite right now.

Pellaud has 0 chances to win :/
Let's wait and see.

He needs 4 minutes atleast for the last 5 kms. More even.

Don't think hhe has a chance
4 minutes? Isn't it just 1.8 km @ 13.8%?

yes and the guys from the break will easily lose 2 minutes on those 1.8 kms but in the peloton there also will be a mad dash by the teams to put their leaders at the front so there they'll also lose couple minutes

Nah, Geniez and Serry both have way better chances of winning. It's also more likely that someone from the peloton will win than Pellaud.

Geniez lost 1.32 in 2012. now having been in the break all day he'll lose more than 2 minutes

Serry and Geniez, what advantage do they need for the last climb? 2 minutes?

IMO opinion a little more than 2 minutes. But what do I really know....

I'm really afraid of Sky now. I'm just really afraid Froome somehow is strong again and the Vuelta becomes as boring as the tour.

Did Geniez have any special motivation to go all out in 2012?

that climb is so steep, everyone goes all out otherwise you don't reach the top
