What good is saving a couple of pounds in forearm muscle when it means you hit the tarmac once a week?
Ffs please stop trolling with your forearm strength bs. When you begin sliding there is very little anyone can do, no matter how strong your forearms are.

Contador cant position himself it seems.
Nervous like a guy riding his first GT.
Probably shows that he's putting too much pressure on himself.
Bad. Really bad

these crashes are getting tiresome. it's time that riders causing crashes get penalized and their teams get fined .. Perhaps they will invest in teaching their riders how to ride

Van der sande robbed his line but yes he should have stayed on his team mates wheel.
Yep, either stay right at the front with your team mates or drop to the back before the action starts. Don't just hover, slowly drifting back, in the middle of the action zone if you have no plans to contest the sprint.

Didn't look like Contadors fault tbh, I've just rewatched the slowmo 5 times. Was a mixture of the lotto and the ag2r guy.

Having said that, Sagan doesn't crash there. :p

I am sure that he never rode a bike in his life or he's trolling in his every single post, I am not sure which one is true though.

Call it "trolling" all you want, but the elephant in the room is getting too big to ignore.

Only in these finishes can I see that Valverde got old. In other years he would've smoked everybody.
Great win by the IAM rider. 3 wins in 3 GTs.

It was valverde fault

Wrong. It was a lotto guy.
Piti hit that guy
I agree, it seeemed that Piti slid, bumped the lotto guy who then went into Contador.

No you aren't
Nobody ever solved a problem by stubbornly refusing to acknowledge its cause.

There was nothing Contador could do to prevent that crash.

For starters he could stop drifting back like that inside the last 600-700 metres. Not really smart.

Exactly! His positioning and bike handling is very poor at the moment
