Looks to be the flavor of the year. The TDF mountain stages were almost 100% gifted. No real will to battle for stage wins among GC riders. We've gotten some amazing break fights, but it does always leave me cold that we don't see the GC men riding for wins.

They should have done a circuit and climbed it 3-4 times - Mur de Huy style...
