The fourth edition of the game for the more patient CQer starts here.
The rules are as before: your team is to have 18 riders each of whom, regardless of their age or the level they ride at, have accumulated less than 200 points throughout their career.
There are virtually millions of riders who are eligible (I guess I am): here is a dropbox file of about 4000 of them. If a rider has had points removed for doping, (even in "not to blame" cases, those 'ghost points' would still count towards the 200. Note the specification is under 200 pts (ie 199 or fewer).
Scoring is the CQ points they gain from 1/1/17 to 31/12/19, and that is a long enough scoring period that there is no real advantage to be gained in the first month, so teams need to be in by the last moment of January (GMT).
As usual, names in CQ format please, with nothing else on the line. If the rider has no CQ page, then hope that SURNAME Forename is what CQ will go with (and if he is Portuguese, they won't but I'll track him down eventually). Submit your entry by PM on either Cycling News or Velorooms: I've send mine to Scrool07, (the first manager to send a team in).
