Looks like Sagan still doesn't have top climbing form. Fortunately, there's not much climbing left.

Groenewegen doing what a proper sprinter with respect for himself should do and race the opening weekend instead of the shitrace going on in the Middle East!

Wasn't he just stuck behind a rider who couldn't follow on the last climb? Did not look like he was fading but rather unfortunate positioning before the climb.

Vanmarcke and GVA stronger than Sagan
Don't think so
Wasn't Sagan dropped by the duo on Molenberg?
He may be faking as well in order to make them work though :D

Of course not. He started Molenberg in last position.
Didn't see the beginning of the climb, thought it may be the reason but didn't think he would be at the back at the start of Molenberg. That's the reason then. Thanks

So the podium is set now. Who will win though? Sagan is the favorite but Van Avermaet shouldn't be underestimated after a tough race.

I really don't think Sagan is the favorite.

Yeah it was very weird that he litterally dropped to the back of the group 200m before the start of the climb.

A tactical fail by Sky. they pulled and pulled and now there are not in the 1st 2 groups

When were they pulling, do you mean Moscon/Stannard between G2 and G3 or earlier than that ?

Yep, GVA favourite from the front group for me. Sagan can't put out a decent sprint after working so much; I think he may have to go solo to win.
