No. If you ride for a team you should do what the team says. If the team says you can both go for it then fine, otherwise you do the job you're told to do.

Yes Bouhani's move was, if you weighted by percentage, was 70% a "Foul" but usually the officials let most of those
rated "fouls" go unpunished, not that they should.
