If it was up to me all the favourites would have walked out to the Highlander soundtrack.

I would have played the following

The Cure …Friday I’m in Love …for Simon Yates
The Pointer Sisters …Jump for my Love for Primoz Roglic
Unbreakable SoundTrack - The Orange Man for Tom Dumoulin
Black Lace Superman song for MAL
Beach Boys - Land Ahoy..for Landa
JAWS Official Theme - John Williams for Nibali

Dumoulin will be the first starter at 16.50, Nibali 16.58, Roglic 17.01.
Only exception seems to be Simon Yates 19.43.

Dude, on the contrary. The weather expectations are bad later on. Which is why all other big favorites chose to start early.

Yates is like Jon Snow here, he knows nothing

Not too good for the suspence, but ofc they choose an early start because of the weather

I really wonder how come Yates is not starting with the big guns.

Obviously he wants to know all the times so he can push extra hard. It works for some.

Yes this is strange as bad weather could really handicap him ?
MS must know what they are doing.... you'd think
Also pushing himself extra hard is not a credible reason as he can do that anyway and they all know what he has to do to stay with Dumoulin & Roglic ...plus he cannot push himself too hard as he could lose time on the day or later ...its 3 weeks

I don't see why the favourites get to choose an earlier or later time during a TT because of the weather or whatever. It should be out of an hat and take what you're given. It's racing!

Nope, it shouldn't. Since when is racing not about tactics? And based on what should the organization decide the 'right' order?
