There is no danger at all. This will result in a top 10 for Polanc in the GC at best, but certainly not podium or a win. Time enough to get the gap down.

Peloton have time to bring it down a couple of minutes before the climb to 12 or so. If they race the climb hard they will probably gain back a lot of time, but they will still be 5-6 minutes behind in the end I reckon. If not more. Obvious, but depends on how they race this from the climb and to the finish.

The breakaway will certainly go fast in the climb and to the finish for the win.
