The Giro is still going on, and the Ronde is a few days away, but La Vuelta starts (fingers crossed: this morning's Giro news does not imbue confidence) a week today, so let's start this.
Your Team 8 riders who take part in La Vuelta, whose total cost is 3500 CQ points.
Rider Prices CQ points for the year to 11/10/20 (it wouldn't be practical to take prices to the 18th), as in the selection tool.
Your points earned The CQ points for the event, including stage points, mountain and sprinter classification and a bonus for the red jersey wearer as well as GC points. The full scale is on the selection tool. There is a minor classification based on stage points only: some managers like to submit their team with one eye on that.
Entering By PM on Velorooms or Cycling News to me, by the start of stage one on Tuesday 20th October. Please use the full CQ version of rider names, and do not have anything other than their name on each line. (The selection tool will help on that too.)
Issue resolution In the case of discontinued stages or prematurely finished race, I will follow CQ's decision about points allocation. If your team is overbudget or has ineligible riders, I'll let you know as soon as I can and hopefully you will swap, but I will replace riders if necessary with next most expensive from same team (if possible) or next most expensive in the race. And if there is a tie or identical teams, there has been a precedent in the current Giro, so I will refer to that if necessary.
Results service There should be daily updates.
It is probably going to take a while for the startlist to be finalised, so no need to be in too much of a hurry to get your team in.
Good luck, and enjoy the game (if the Vuelta happens)
