Dainese was clearly my pick as the most expensive as big sprintertalents with lots of opportunities, Champousion is talented but I think wont breakthrough straight away, Leknessund, not with a good enough raceprogram most likely, Foss is overrated imo, being 22 already so I expect him to be like Frankiny after his last strong U23 season, Van Wilder too young and so on.
Hermans, Groves, Rubio, Cullaigh, Ardila and Simmons made my main team so they had to make the team here also.
Eekhoff had to be picked after the worlds showing. Ravanelli is not a supertalent but very solid and will do well in many italian races for Androni so he was a safe pick. Bagioli was the last more expensive pick getting the edge over Konyshev. A bit young but a big talent on Quick Step cant be too bad.
Cepeda was obvious and I wish I had taken him in the maingame also. Meeus was Daineses leadoutguy last year and should take his role this year and sounds very ambitious. Blikra is a very fast joker that fitted the points in the end. Donovan a bit of a filler also to fit the points. Very good 2018 not so good in 2019, like Arensman, that could have been picked instead. But rides the full season pro unlike Arensman so he was the best bet to perhaps surprise. Van Kessel is Hermans sidekick, and like him will also focus more on the road next year, following strong Cycle Cross-results lately, so he could be a nice surprise and a bit of a joker for my team.
I overloked Krieger, so kudos to those with him. He should be good even though I would guess he will perhaps mostly be used as leadout with several other sprinters on the team.
