The race does technically have live coverage- so it would perhaps satisfy such rule. It's just that the coverage is not available in most countries- and again, it's not as unusual as one might think because I bet no race is available to watch in every country.

Pretty much every half-bigger race is on ES player nowadays, though.

Sure, but a rule that a WT race should have international coverage wouldn't be. And the good thing about ES player is that it's not bound by countries.

I know this finish mainly from the race design thread. There is a harder option that includes going through the uphill, cobbled streets of city's old town (thinking of Franciszkańska st) and two switchbacks on Karmelicka st on rough, stone-shaped cobbles (similar to VAMberg). The murito (Tatarska st) was a rough looking hormigón road (via streetview) but apparently it was resurfaced. I guess that's where Kwiatos, Wellenses and Almeidas will strike against Mohoric and Cavagna.
