Against this kind of field Sobrero should have a decent chance, if we look at his prologue result in Romandie.

Agree - Rest of Romandie was a disaster after being caught behind a crash in stage one - Think BEX are aiming for pink. I suspect some of the GC riders to take a no risk approach if they encounter wet conditions.

Lol at being the favorite. He has literally one top 5 in ITTs and basically hasn't trained on the TT bike all winter.

The ITT field here is weak. He's super motivated (we all know how he did last time he was super motivated in an ITT), the parcours are perfect for him. And it's Van der Poel. I would be surprised if he isn't in the top 3 at least.

Dumoulin the man to beat. Peio to put an additional 30 seconds between him and his leader. MVDP will not keep the maglia rosa. Top 15 for Nibali.

I agree that Nibali can do well here. Decent history in time trials, and it's a technical course.
