Not sure. I was watching GCN/Eurosport, and I think it was Rob Hatch (or Dan Lloyd) who mentioned something about possible showers on the day (40 to 50% chance).

The ITT field here is weak. He's super motivated (we all know how he did last time he was super motivated in an ITT), the parcours are perfect for him. And it's Van der Poel. I would be surprised if he isn't in the top 3 at least.
