The big question is, how much of this is being broadcast? The race is always blown into pieces by the time we get coverage usually, really hope we get the full race.

I thought I read somewhere that it is broadcasted from the start for the first time (Eurosport Player?)
I'm not sure tho.

Last year we got to watch a lot more than usual. I hope we get at least the same time of coverage, if not more.
Chances of rain are decreasing.

Hoping for the usual fascinating mix of protagonists from massively varying specialisms. This is race that basically always delivers no matter the weather.

Honestly, don't want a wet weather. This is a great race no matter what plus Tuscany is a beauty and it should be enjoyed at a sun light rather than wet and grey weather (which considering we're in Italy, would make me nervous about the actual coverage).
Although a rainy edition would be good for a change.

Really a bummer that MvdP isn't going to be there. That dude lights up races! Benoot is on really good form, I wonder if he can do something. His is still the most epic win / edition of this race for me.

Without Vdp or Van Aert this has Alaphilippe written all over it. Those two beat him quite regularly last year but everyone else pretty much has to go from further out to have a chance against the World Champion. There are a few candidates capable of that but on paper the Steppers are bringing a decent squad to get Alaf in prime position.

Well. Liège has Alaphilippe written all over it too, but there was this Slovenian guy last year who appeared to be a party pooper. Don't be surprised if Saturday has a similar outcome.

I myself prefer Julian though.

Agreed.
Wasn't quite up there last year, but this time around I think he'll feature at the very end.
Different field, though, may shape the race differently.

I love those plumes of dust with the hills in the background. That's picture perfect SB for me.

Pog's team will be very strong as well.
Both Covi and Formolo have a good track record in gravel races and they look in great shape.
