Wow. Would you look at that. The greatest Spainish young talent in cycling right now wins again easily beating Ajuso. Which equipment issues did ajuso have today? Or he was just beaten fair again by Lazkano.? Lazkano will win the biggest races in cycling

Haha easily, Lazkano's face really showed how easy it was beating a rider without a team behind him...

Georgi is the new British Champion.

The open FDJ Championships - aka the French Championships - is live on GCN now.

Daniel Stampe (Suri)
Aksel Bech Skot-Hansen (JS)
Mads Østergaard (Leopard)
Martin Szokody (Give Elementer)

Peloton - lead by Uno-X - at around 6:14.

In Ireland, Ben Healy has been going full berserker from very early on. He is currently solo ahead of a chase group that includes Ryan Mullen and Sam Bennett. There are 90 or so km to go, he’s been attacking over and over pretty much since the start.

My man has only one mode of racing ...attack, attack, attack ...no matter who is behind

Hope he can hang on as there a few fresher riders in the bunch

Where is Eddie Dunbar today ? has no Irish Champs jersey yet so thought he'd be here

BC can afford a clock!
Just love Saltburn and its bank

Just about to catch up this weekend's NC's (sorry late here, busy times).

Just read freak news of Swedish NC's cancelled due to short-sighted race organizers who did not take ordinary consideration of the local population (100kmh support cars in a 30kmh limit sections with homes and small children adjacent, without proper info sounds like something from 1923 and certainly not 2023:().

But also vague lines about moving TT's to a 'motorsport arena' without any further mentioning about motorsport track?

A couple of hours ago googled and found pic of sad photo from not exactly a motorsport circuit with at least a tad of soul

Instead something looking as a drag strip.
Thinking Uppsala, is this Tierp Arena?

Now googled again and I observe in fact results for what must be the ITT part:

Very dull sourroundings.
But blame is fully to put on the organizers' shoulders!
It's hillarious how Swedish pro cycling has turned into amateurism.

BTW: Been loving pro cycling and motorsports since early 80ies, two of my biggest continous spare time interests.
I hear grumbling her every time pro peleton enters a motorsport track and the new child term 'meh' as conversation stopper. However, stating a motorsport track is just dull is like stating that all of cycling is dull when only watched Doha 2016. Alot of older motorsport tracks delivers endless soul and beautiful sourroundings. while newer tracks and changed layouts and ofcourse drag strips are more towards the 'meh'.

Hope to catch up on today's NRC's this evening.
