Nah, assuming Tullett and De Pretto are there, Sheffield should be 3" ahead of Tullett, 4" ahead of Velasco, and 6" De Pretto.I think Velasco is in same time, but it should be Sheffield then. Very close between some riders anyways.

Quite a surprise if it's indeed Andrea Raccagni Noviero in 9th.I have found the top 10 on the race website. Vercher 7th Tulett 8th Raccagni 9th and Donovan 10th. But still no GC.
