Quite a surprise if it's indeed Andrea Raccagni Noviero in 9th.
More of a rouleur sprinter type than hilly rider, but I guess weather played a big role today.

Pretty insane time gaps in the end, 25th place at 6 minutes, 28th place at 10 and 20 (!!!) OTLs.

I really want to know what happened exactly, where it split. I saw Widar (with a few riders in his wheel) chasing with 1'30 behind in a video on the last climb, he probably gave up afterwards, but he looked kindda fresh there still.

Ulissi dropped at the last climb, otherwise he would have been in the gc lead. Seems as he suffered from the weather. 17 seconds to sheffield is still not too much for a top result
