I understand Leknessund but why would Muhlberger not ride? As if Movistar has a sprinter in the group behind?

Cort + 30 other guys with multiple capable sprinters. It's not like its a 5 men group with Cort where he is the absolute clear cut favorite, in that case I would understand.

Obviously Cort is a top 2 favorite in that group, so it's very understandable as Leknessund would lose from the front group 95% of the time.

Not sure what Jayco is doing. It shouldn't be that difficult to pull it back when only Schachmann is riding in front.

A strong group of attackers can get away if Uno-X won't keep a high and steady tempo behind.

Jayco should pull it back unless they lost all their guys on the climb
Jayco's problem is Schmid should have made the front group and then he would have marked and gone with the three leaders.
