Not-so-nice looking I meant after Tricycle Rider talked about the lovely tree cover, the campaign is great of course.
I've been to Frankfurt a few times as a kid and all I remember is it being very metropolitan. So it's nice to see there are actually some forested (or reforested) areas in that general region. And now some kind of a Burg that's being renovated! :hearteyes:

Before traveling my guidebooks and internet research all said that after the war Frankfurt rebuilt with modern architecture. But when we travel to Europe we want old world charm. So other than the airport and train station we seen nothing of Frankfurt.

If you took a walk outside the train station, you could have seen a couple of people who looked the part of a medieval epidemic, quite traditional ;)

This is the first time I'm watching this race and I'm pleasantly surprised and relieved they are not doing loops in the middle of Frankfurt. I want some trees and some small towns, which this race has shown so far! :hearteyes:
