Puck Pieterse: great rider, but I have a hard time seeing how she can win races. Not quite as explosive as the best. Lacks a real sprint. Not a pure climber. Always in the mix but how can she come out on top?

shes 23 years old, this is like only her 3rd full year as a pro road racer, give her time, shes still beating riders with bags more experience than her and still on a team where the average age of riders is 23.

She has broken her left arm, but it appears she's able to continue training indoors. The Giro starts on the 30th of May, so perhaps she could be back by then.
