I wonder if a pig could be made available to the highest finishing Celt as well as Breton. Peter Williams could have been eligible. If Rowe or Thomas ever won, it would be sad to see them pig-less.

I read that first it was the best Breton, and last year it was the best Breton or rider from Bretagne-Seché but Pichon is from Bretagne so I guess it's normal he gets it. Maybe if there's no Breton riders in the topten they'll give it to a Celt or something like that.

Wait they actually get to keep the piglet?

I always assumed that the baby hog went back to it's farm after the podium ceremony and the rider got a piglet's value in money or bacon or something. Have any riders actually kept it themselves and reared a pig?
