Did you see him at Bayern ? In the TT he finished 1 minute down to Rogers. While this is great coming from injury, he's not yet fit to win. Even in Suiise I doubt he'll win yet.

There is a descent, Andy will suck and probably take his road bike because it is dangerous.

Andy Schleck is not in shape, cannot time trial, has a crappy team, does not have his big brother with him, does not want to exhaust himself with the Tour in sight, etc...

Dead flat, 5 turns: Zabriskie

Garmin is always the last team to supply a startlist (mostly they are not doing it at all) but I don't think he is even starting

Edit: or maybe he will, seeing Vanmarcke and Rosseler on the (provisional) startlist instead of Zabriskie and Talansky doesn't make sense as well

Well it's only 5,6km so 5 90° corners are not really that little. I think a punchy guy that can TT has his chances here, too.

I used to live by the Avenue Jean Perrot. :( Good times. I wish I was there.

How wide are these roads? Do you think those corners are tight? Or are the roads wide so the riders can go through those corners at rather high speeds?

The straights are approximately:

(reverse order)
450m
1000m
850m
850m
650m
1900m

They are long enough that the advantage of prologue specialists and sprinters is diminished as it's not sections of constant accelerate/decelerate, just accelerations followed by long efforts. Tony should be fine.
