all the ardennes are boring, it is the nature of these races for some time.

LBL is some what better, FW is terrible imo, just 1km of racing.

We're only at 2/3s of the race, still 70k to go. I don't know which other races would have exploded at that point in the race.

In retrospect, PR and RVV were decided at 40-50k from the finish?

Agree with FW though.

Tactical riding, important races, just like the TDF. Very strategic, riding not to lose (although in PR Boonen did ride to win)?

Did Evans really get dropped?

No. He was riding easy in a group of about 10 just off the back of the peloton about 10 min ago.

He will most likely appear near the front soon.

My bad... he is out of the race

Yeah, but you shouldn't ahve said that.
Soon people will jump on your face and tell you that these are the hardest and best races of the year cause they are so close and so many people can win them;)

Maybe you should go and watch weightlifting or something if this race is so boring for you to watch...You can thank me later:)

Dont get me wrong I like the races, just not compared to other classics. AGR generally has little happen before 20-25km. (it isn't too bad, but never has the chaos unpredictable feel of the cobbles) And mainly just near the end, but again it is a lot better then FW (this is a race I hardly like).

Not bad races, but ardennes I always felt were overrated.

Good thing you are not forced to watch anything then.

calm down, criticism and a realistic evaluation does not equate to me dissin' the sport. Stop being so sensitive and grow up maybe.

When did forums become so anti-opinion

I know that there is a lot of race left, but Gilbert does look like he is awfully far back on a climb at this point

Wasn't criticizing your opinion, just an observation from my side :) Just pointing out that I think it has become a trend in the 'most important races', where strategic, calculated riding has become the dominant way of racing.

Concerning Rabobank, everyone is speaking once more of Gesink.
Hope Martens will get his chance, he could do the posium rather than Gesink, I´d say.
