Well yea, they don't all stop their computer right as they cross the line. That's why the segment is the relevant distance estimate.

Is it really that unbelievable?

Lemond did what, 54 km/h (?) some 20+ years ago and the consensus seems to be that he was clean. Would a 56 km/h performance on a shorter course really be a case of Edgar?

Can it no be about aerodynamics?

Any way you slice it, Dennis was aero as **** today!

Never, never, ever imply that Saint Greg is anything but 100% clean in the clinic.

Nah The Clinic has moved on since then. At least one poster managed to question Greg's clean status and continues to post.
