Nope. I think that's the reason why all the GC favorites except Ion are starting very early.

Yes.
Those opting for an early start were hoping to finish before the rain.
The others were expecting just a shower, hoping for dried roads.

Bad time from Zakarin. 13 secs worse than Froome.

Doesn't look like he will repeat his victory.

Campenaerts couldn't beat Edmondson. One second slower.

Porte also one second slower than Froome according the intermediate time.

And there was a time when Porte used to be a great prologue specialist.. He has lost a lot of power since then in order to become a climber. Always pretty bad in the shorter non-hilly TTs these days.
