Vansevenant won't start the Tour de Romandie.

He will start Liège-Bastogne-Liège and will get some rest afterwards.

He's also on the DQS reserve list for the Giro but they hope they don't have to actually select him. He's back up for Cattaneo who is feeling slightly ill at the moment.

I don't think Ganna is going to be beaten on this distance, unless he's out of shape for some reason (shouldn't be the case so close to the Giro).

Sagan could perhaps fight for a top5 but he's facing serious competition.

Obvious contender for the prologue would be Tom Bohli. At least, if he has some kind of form, which looking at his results the past months, seems doubtful.
EDIT: also forgot about that bumb at the end of the prologue.

I would not bet against Ganna either. But there is a serious climb (around 900 m at 8%) which should favour lighter cyclists.

I am really looking forward to Thyon 2000. It was only raced once in 1978. Normally I would say, that MAL would do the same thing here like JVDV. But given the fact, it's his first race and he is now a Movistar rider, not so much.

he was also 2nd in 2018, on a more or less similar route (apart from some cobbles on top). But yeah, shape seems to be the main issue
