UAE, Ineos and Bora have a strong team with several cards to play. There will be a battle between these teams, but there can also be some rivalry within these teams, to find out who's where in the internal hierarchy.

The least short time trial will be important for the GC, because these middle mountain stages won't allow huge gaps. Ayuso seems to be the favorite, with Bernal and Vlasov as his main rivals, but there are many other podium candidates.

Belgium isn't even a real country... but yes I could see Rutland-Melton replacing the Ronde.

Belgium has two of the three best monuments, so you wouldn't do cycling any favors by removing one. Italy can certainly host two monuments, just a pity they chose the wrong races for it.
