Vacek and Jorgenson the strongest. I hope Matteo will get a fair chance to win PN again.
Also seen a really strong Oliver Naesen. With the bike change he was not far off on the top of the Muur. The front after 2 little gaps. And wanted to close the gap ahead of the chasing group on the Bosberg.

We've all been spoiled by Pogi and MvdP and when the rest race, it's just not the same! Chapeau UNO-X & Waerenskjold for the win but it looked like a training ride.

Now that Ninove is confirmed for the next 3 years too, can they please revamp the route? That's two bunch sprints in 5 years and it's not like the three editions in between were all that selective either. Absolutely the worst of the main cobbled classics right now.
Kuurne with the new route is maybe harder for the sprinters, so you could say we traded one sprinters' race for another.

Forsure one of the worst races this season so far! Visma and UAE couldn't make it hard was just not strong enough.

You're being too harsch on the race . I think it was pretty great. Why should it be better to have the race decided with 60 km to the line? Today you had no clue, that Wærenskjold would end up winning in the end.

UAE's best placed rider was Morgado in 40th...

Horrible day for UAE
Wellens was the strongest man on the hills for UAE. But wasn't even better than Philipsen on the hills. (!!!!!)

Anyway good news for Pogacar's RVV. His team is def not peaking too early..

Even though Philipsen botched the sprint again you have to say what Alpecin does in these races is just quite impressive. Not even in the middle of the pack in terms of budget and they were the only team that was able to organise themselves and force a situation. Thought it was worth a mention.

Yup. All this anticipation for Omloop het Niewusblad every year, only for it to turn out being worse than Dwars door Vlaanderen!
