The last edition of this race took place about five and a half years back and was won by Danilo Di Luca. Second was Soler, third Kim Kirchen. At this time and in the other editions, the race finished after a downhill from the Superga climb.

Now with its return, it will tackle Superga twice and finish in front of the famous Basilica.

Contador, Nibali, Purito, Di Luca all fighting it out on that killer of a climb should make it a great race. :D
Is Rai Sport the only provider that will have coverage?
