A bearing spinergy rev x question

so the wheelset on my buddies build -

both bearing up front loose, need to be replaced. bearing i can get. Saw this done about a decade ago. what is the process again for punching out the bearings? and pushing in ?

punching axles out ?

also rear wheel, bearing on on the non drive side seems ok, but going to replace both. So removal of axle, and it seems like the bearings/balls ? underneath the freehub body is toast and rocking. The freehub body is shimano ? So, what is the process of punching/pushing in those bearings ?

Front:

1. Remove circlip
2. Place hub on a bit wood with a hole in
3. Hit the axle with a soft hammer. Use the axle as the bearing punch.
4. R8 Bearings

Rear:

Non-drive - R8 bearing
Drive - Shimano FH-6402 (13, 14, 16, 17) - loose ball bearings

Never seen one so I don't know how to disassemble
