AN URGENT NEED TO UPDATE PRO CYCLINGS RECOVERY SCIENCE - VEGETATIVE TRAINING

From my science perspective the recovery science of Pro Cycling is outdated when it comes to achieving full recovery. During a hard race sometimes the organisms inner dynamic reaches is maximum and the organism in away starts to compensate and break down. The inner structures, the adaptive processes, the vegetative system, the homoeostasis has reached it maximum.

The experience of hard racing is also a neuro physiological pattern (a disturbance) saturated in the whole organism. This disturbance is in reality an contradiction in the vegetative system. Todays recovery science in Pro cycling sometimes try to reduce this disturbance with training on a bike after the race, with cooling therapy etc, and sleeping. But this it not enough.

Since the disturbance pattern is a contradiction in the vegetative system we can more or less fully remove the saturated pattern and create a normal vegetative balance with vegetative training in about 30-45 min.

Its now possible to bring a totally exhausted rider back to a normalized organism every day during f.ex. the Giro. So when the rider is finished with the Giro he will not need a long recovery period but be ready to race very soon.

I have done this with Pro riders during attitude training and races. (ref Garmin Sharp)

The science I represent has more than 60 years experience in normalizing the vegetative system and improving breathing capacity with a breathing method. Its called Self regulated and experience orientated vegetotherapy. SOV. In sport I call it Vegetative training. VGT.

So fare only a few in Pro Cycling know this. But Im sure when they discover it nobody can be without or have a chance to compete on the top without Vegetative training.

Sending you all good vibes here from Bayern:)

By vegetotherapy I mean : Working directly with the veqetative system aiming to restor the normal vegetatative processes in the organism. This leads me to the follwing position : All disturbances - psychic or somatic - are also disturbances in the vegetative system. This disturbance is in reality an contradiction in the vegetative system, that could not be solved in a satisfying way for the individual.

Elite professional cyclists Sir Bradley Wiggins and Chris Froome
employed the restorative powers of CNP PRO Peptide Protein
Advanced Time Release to win the Tour de France in 2012
and 2013. After asking Richie Porte what TEAM SKY's
recovery secret was, and being told about CNP PRO
Peptide Protein Advanced Time Release, Alberto
Contador's performances have improved vastly.
