That suggests, to me, that AFLD was to be the local logistics for UCI's testing.

It looks like the AFLD knows the UCI's testing is nothing it pretends to be and would not associate itself with the UCI. That's the right thing to do.

Pretty crazy.

I'm glad to see that in light of how terribly the UCI is doing things right now that it's not still business as usual for at least some of their races.

Once enough people jump ship, maybe they'll wake up. Although probably Pat and Hein will sink together on the same boat drunk on Irish whiskey.

Hmmm, when AFLD did 2008 TDF positive tests, none in 2009 when UCI/AFLD
