Wow, I didn't think CAS would do it. I think this was the right decision, but it was a tough one.
So he must lose the Giro as well as the TDF, if he can ride later this year. Can ride the Vuelta this year. But Aug. 5 doesn't sound right, he was supposedly notified of his positive on Aug. 25 or so?
By stripping him of all results from 2010 TDF to now, they do at least make it possible for him to ride later this season. He loses a lot, but one thing he does't lose much of is time on the bike racing. At least he won't have to worry about being out of shape from a long layoff.
And expect an appeal, everyone. And possibly more threats from Bert to retire.
