If he's just remotely close to Flanders, prolly no one I'd expect. When you don't line up as an absolute a-tier rider against him, Im afraid you stand absolutely no chance. Im all here for it though, Im looking forward to the inevitable solo with 30-40 km to go.
He'll likely attack hard during the Kruisberg-Eyserbosweg-Keutenberg part a couple of times and shed people allong the way. I think a good Pidcock could go with him though. But Pidcock has a lot of question marks. He'll either win or DNF lol

Now that the new finish has proved that the race can indeed be opened up a lot earlier (as if anyone really doubted that) I would like to see a return to the previous finish (the km after the Cauberg)

Seems the race isn't shown as a whole? Eurosport has it from 1.00 tomorrow?
I don't think the race has ever been broadcast in full, and I doubt it will happen in the near future. The Netherlands just isn't as crazy about cycling as Flanders. And the opening hours of the race have rarely been consequential, so I'm not sure we'll be missing much.

If the current route stays, this record will stand very long...

Would have liked to see Groves giving it a go as well. Hermans always seems to be sick ahead of his highlights of the season.

Curious to see how Sobrero will do tomorrow. He looked good on hilly terrain in Euskadi and his best results in the u23 ranks came in hilly one day races.

Pog must have some pressure to win Amstel being the overwhelming favorite. Imagine if he doesn't?

If he doesn't, it won't be a big deal. Apart from the Tour that will still come, he already won enough for his season to be considered a success though he is more than likely to win a few more races until the end of the season ;)

Warm-up race befor the big one, L-B-L. It seems to be a formula that has worked pretty good for him so far. Race one or a couple of races, before the main objective.

He might win, but maybe not. Either way, it would be a good race to add to his already great palmares.
