night 2 - Terptsra & Keisse are still up 1 lap with Schep & Stoetinga adding more to their points lead. Danny Stam (in his last home 6) won the final madison of the night with his veteran partner Leon VanBonn
Iljo & Niki chased down attacks all night long and at the end of day 3, they are still ahead 1 lap (with Stam & VanBonn) but only 3rd in points. Keisse, DeKetel, Stoetinga, Stam, Bartko, Havik, and Jonkman all looked amazing, Terpstra and VanBonn looked a little tired, it's going to be a tough 3 nights ahead.
another long night of chasing down attacks by Terptstra and Keisse, they managed to hold onto their 1 lap lead for another day heading into the final night. should get pretty crazy tonight, good luck Niki & Iljo
fantastic last night of racing, Schep/Stroetinga fought hard but couldn't get the extra lap, although they killed it in the points, and wound up 2nd. Havik/Stopler rode smart and hard to jump onto the podium in 3rd, and Niki Terpstra got his first Zesdaagse win with Iljo Keisse. I wonder if we will see this Quick-Step pairing again since Iljo didn't re-sign with them.
congrats to Danny Stam on his long, successful career.
