no way he can, Chris Froome will be better than year, i mean in February the guy was already flying, it's scary just thinking what's coming
A landing is coming.

No way? You think Froome can fly Feb to July? Andy is coming along nicely.

Is the results list correct?? Andy finished only 1.20 back, and only 6 seconds behind Froome!

I thought I saw him getting dropped before the last climb? This bodes very well for the Tour. He's bound to get a great deal of confidence from this, the resurgence is on!:)

Well with this kind of conclusion he's going to have all those who finished in front of to contend with for GC!

Andy can continue to improve to a level superior to 99% of those who finished in front of him though

Very happy with Andy's performance, he's getting better and better, and my faith in him is being restored. Still don't think he will be able to contend for that high a GC in the Tour, but would be really good to see him go for a stage win from the breakaway.
Andy to win on Alpe du Huez perhaps? Now that would be a comeback! :D

Froome's Ego means he will leave his train to follow alone, just as he did in the Vuelta and this year in T-A :) He will isolate himself!

Contadoraus Schlecks said:
I agree that Froome has an advantage in the TT but Andy is a true goat, who could beat Froome in the mountains

Indeed, an on form Andy can shred Froome....this isn't the Tour 2012.

+100000000;)

LaFlorecita said:
Well we'll see I guess, I think Froome is on Andy/Alberto's level right now. "Shred Froome" doesn't seem likely at all.:) People were saying the same thing about Alberto at the start of the season... Froome is just the best climber in the world right now.
coz 2 best climbers are heavily off-form:cool:

Lol you guys clearly have no idea of Froome capabilities, a top form Andy doesnt beat a top form Froome, Froome matches Andy on the climbs and in the TT he smashes him...

According to you Froome was going to destroy everyone today despite him never having success in one day races.

Really. When has a top form Froome ever beaten or indeed ever been within 2 kliks of Andy in a serious GT stage?

Well my only reply would lead us to the clinic. For now I will give you he can "train more".

Which, I trust, would be the answer you would give if the question was asked about any other rider.

Everything is as especting with him after his injury, but allways considering the worse situation, and in that situation he wasnt able to be in a good shape early in the season.
He is going to train more in two days, just a little break, so I think he will be very strong in California, he need some results, so I think he is not going to take it easy till the Tour de France. anyway his mind is in the Tour... it will be difficult for him to be a podium contender, but finish today in a better place than Contador and close to Froome could be good for his morale.

Andy won't get to the form needed to top 10, it's impossible, mark my words

Mark your words?
But didn't you write this about the management of Radioshack last month?

They're a bunch of retards, they're putting more and more pressure on him when wat he needs his peace to find the love for the bike again

Has anyone seen Netzerk?
I am getting worried for him.

Perhaps, then again we've never seen Froome do anything like this.

Or this.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w78zVt6T1N0

Of course we've never seen him do that  just wait and see  btw how sad is it when a stage where a rider won because the win was gifted to him is among said rider's best performances

Cruising with Alberto to the top of a climb and then hug him as they cross the finish line? That will be hard to match for Froome indeed because he will be miles ahead of Alberto on every mtf :D

that kind of progression makes me wonder if he did any training during winter, with that kind of talent...just wait a couple of weeks more and you already have a top 10 tdf guy
