Exactly. And Fränk Schleck shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a bike race.

Good work, security guys. They know their cycling.

To me, it's obvious that Andy would have had the strongest team if he had started the Tour. Radioshack were generally better than Sky but they had no leader. I don't see any reason why they won't be able to have the strongest on the climbs squad in this year's Tour.
I wonder how you could argue that as it was the Sky train who rode all the Shack riders off their wheels. Yes, the Shack had a few guys in the top-20, but Sky probably could have done the same if they weren't working for the winner and the runner-up...

Andy Schleck: "I am in the dark and I am nervous"

"I regularly visit the ostheopathic doctor, to prevent any problems. Physically I am OK but mentally it's a whole different story. To forget such a crash and a long time of suffering is easier said than done. At the slightest twitch or bruise I tend to get really worried. I hope to prevent injuries with a lot of stretching exercises.

Will I be as good as 2011? I can't say. But I can promise to do everything to achieve that goal. I am only 27 years of age, and I have a lot of opportunities left to win races.

I am missing the race rhythm. I trained well, but that doesn't replace racing. If everything goes according to plan, I will have had 60 race days by the time the Tour starts. That is absolutely necessary. I have to do races to get back to my old level. Cycling has to become fun again, then the performance curve will go up. I am optimistic."

No, Zubeldia and Frank rode very strongly. They would have been better mountain lead-out men than Porte and Rogers I think.

Not so sure about that. Rogers and Porte are very different riders to Zubeldia and Frank.

I am no big Andy fan but I really do hope he does bounce back in his old 2010/2011 form. I do miss him in the Tour

Aww cute kangaroos but Andy looks scared? Surprised?

I hope Andy comes back strong and starts racing other races ftw. His tour only attitude is a disgrace.

60 race days...before the Tour , that's a lot. But it's what he needs to do, glad to see him doing it. :)

By the end of April we should have idea how it's going to Andy and what can we expect at the Tour.

Actually, no. Andy can be **** the entire year except for July. We should know that by now.

that's not the norm, it happened last year but it was the first time it ever happened. and last year something weird was going on with the team as even frank was very average on the ardennes. . .

he usually is on top shape for the ardennes, so that should be a good indicator if he is back at his best

Not necessary on top shape, but on rising curve would be promising.

That´s probably why he won LBL in 2009, being totally out of shape.

 I'm saying that we can't judge his (lack of) form by his (lack of) results. What's wrong with that

By the way 2009 is four years ago. Since then he has only won Tour stages. Not the best example ;) Better would have been: he finished second (?) in LBL in 2011

The report says Andy worked on the front a lot.

Don't let that fool you! It's an indicator he's taking it easy, of course!
Why, we're talking about Andrew here, there's no way he works hard outside of July!
