I dont think he will make it either, and I agree the final climb is very much like Cauberg, but I do think he would do the Cauberg a lot better if the rest of the race was not as hard and long as Amstel, like today (exept the second last climb)

Anyways I doubt anyone including Freire can beat Cunego today

Well said, Freire could win on the Cauberg if there wasn't 30 hills before them.
The Cauberg itself ofcourse isn't very hard at all. It's pretty short and the steep part is only 500/600m

Anyway, they are riding a high pace
