This definitely won't be a sprint imo, they go straight from the climb to a short technical descent to the finish.

Thor is having press conference later today. Is it about announcing that this was his last race or what?

This is bull****.

Belkin should thank Spilak

And Hivert
Huh? What are you on about?

And why is it strange that classics rider Kristoff drops diesel Kruijswijk on a classic course?

Nope.

I hope he's announcing that he's changed his mind and will continue until P-R next year :D

oh kristov catching hushovd warmed my heart...great finish

It also warms my heart, and a great climb from him. I'm looking forward to next year's Ronde van Vlaanderen. :)

Made my heart cold. :( Wanted to see Thor get a stage win here....guess Kristoff just wants us to know he is the new Norwegian on the block....anyone have some highlights they can post?....can't find any (the one posted here didn't work for me.) Thanks.

Freaking Kristoff. Couldn't he have let Thor have that one?

I know, it's a race and you always want to win. It just would have been cool to see Hushovd go out with a home win.

Kristoff had a shot at the the GC as well, so there was no time for presents.

I like Hushovd, but Kristoffs win was well deserved and fair. He worked just as hard for it, and was more agressive on the last climb to shut down attemps to break free.

Hushovd was very dissappointed afterwards, from my judgement mostly because he wanted the win badly. Perfect story-telling and all that. Not because Kristoff took it.
