It made me think. Is Saxo the most influential team in the Peleton from the perspectice of influencing riders from other teams or would the RS squad hold sway through Pharmstrong's interpersonal skills?
Astana sure have an impact but I wouldn't say they are able to influence through persuasion or their relationships with other riders.
