Avatar problems

My avatar has disappeared. It's showing as a blank box in my profile section and it won't let me do anything to change it or update. I'd appreciate some help on this to get my avatar back or be able to put a new one in. Thanks.

There's no link to where you can enter an image url right? I'm not sure why it happens either.

Correct there is not place to enter a correct URL or image or anything. Hopefully it'll eventually get fixed.
