I mean, c'mon, someone must see the irony in the Bugno Polti Flanders photo? He's just won a major classic and yet looks like he's being perp-walked. For that photo to reappear at this particular moment? Priceless.

After Polti he rode for Mapei where the deal was that he just had to look cool on a Colnago, which he did.
