What is this teams goal?. Their tour selection doesn't define it for me? Trying to cover sprinting results, roulers results and overall contender result with mediocre riders isn't going to cut it. This team had bitten off too much too soon. It has shown no leadership and amature race tatics. Big, and long contracts only motivates an easy going, custy attitude. And we know Brads past history of less than fully committed attitude to his profession. Or is the Giro to blame??
