It would be good. The Baracchi and the GP Des Nations used to be important races and received a lot of attention from the cycling press. They also attracted the best riders. Past results tell us that.

It wouldn't look all that unusual and ancient. The GP Eddy Merckx was a two-man TT in recent times.
