Quite remarkable results this year. He finished 60% of his races in top3 so far, despite fracturing his hand in Etoile de Besseges and picked up two wins within a week of his return from the injury. I was never convinced by his u-23 results and didn't expect him to pick up a lot of results as a WT rider but he's proving me wrong this year. Will be interesting to see what he can do in bigger races if he keeps going like that.

What a remarkable spring from him. I've never expected that he would be EF's 2nd best rider in terms of results at any point of his career.
I reckon he was by far the strongest rider in the race. He pulled and pulled and pulled, attacked, pulled, bridged when someone else attacked, pulled some more. Perhaps he could've saved himself a little and win the race but it was an amazing display of power.

I read he will be riding Ardennes and Giro.
I think it's a bit hard to assess what he can do in Amstel - today is the first time I have watched him race since he became good, but top 10 seems likely.
Just imagine Healy and Powless getting away in a 2 men attack in their current form. A near certain win for EF. 
I have to ask: Did he babysit for Óscar Sevilla, was he babysat by Sevilla, did he adult babysit Sevilla, or was it totally made up?

Sorry guys, guess I shouldn't have doubled down on a bad joke. The predicate was that while some guys like the aforementioned Sevilla or Chaves tend to look a bit younger than what the date on their PCS cards would suggest, others like some might say Quintana or I would say Healy might seem to the uninformed a bit wiser than their years.

Amazing rider. I have to say he was not even near on my radar but he sure is now. Had no idea he was this good. A true successor in the hilly classics for Ireland now Dan Martin is gone
What a season so far. Keep exceeding expectation quickly in the season, and now in a big race too.
