Ok, I came across Jakroo last year and I was a little skeptical by everything they said they had to offer me and my team, but I went ahead and went through the process. I was amazed at the responsiveness of their sales manager Patrice. She helped me every step of the way. The designers working at Jakroo are amazing! We had our entire kit designed from scratch and we didnt have to pay a dime for the design. In fact we loved our design so much that we were done with the design process in less that a week. We got our order in through their online store and the kits were delivered in 3 weeks!!!!
You heard me right, we had nothing but a desire to get some apparel made and 4 weeks later jerseys, bibs, and more were at my door.
I was blown away at the service, but it doesn't stop their. The gear it self is top quality. The chamois in the bibs are killer and the quality and craftsmanship were outstanding. There is also a really cool extra zipper pocket on the back to put my iPod, keys, and cash. Love that little guy.
If you are looking for top quality, fast turn-around time, and any help with design, then Jakroo is the place to go.
