I feel pretty bad about only getting one mention, so I am considering changing my nick. Right now it is a toss up between Harry P. Ness and Jack Miehoff. Which do you guys think I should go with?

I like your nick because I always read it in my way. Your post now shows me that I was correct. :D

But I consider "WonderLance" beeing the indisputable Nr.1.

Don't worry Huge, I was just goint to read through the rest of the thread before posting that your handle always makes me chuckle.

Don't worry Glenn Wilson, yours always makes me chuckle a bit but for different reasons.
I kind of like my pseudo too, cute but simple. Of course you have to know the background...

Just on this page there are some neat ones:

Rip:30 makes me wonder what it means...

Cobblestoned Sounds like a term you could use for various races "He was cobblestoned"

RDV4ROUBAIX again... can't quite figure out what it means... something about someone for Roubaix...

A tribute to Roger de Vlaeminck, the only four time winner of Paris-Roubaix.

Well good for him for slipping such a fantastic name past the goalie in the first place. He will be fondly remembered by those who knew him for his courage, his infectious wit, and his ability to make us smile during tough times. Purple Helmut, I salute you!

And here's a video of the purple helmets at work

... and this is an excellent thread to salute pedaling squares and apologise for not having become aware of his existence before I chose my nickname

issoisso is as simple as portuguese for thatthat :p

:D

In English it's the childish argumentative refrain "Is so. Is so." Which to me is a wonderful forum name given the argumentative nature of so much forum activity.

I like the Portuguese meaning too, now that I know it.

ones I have noticed and appreciated this morning sniper digger thirteen

too many to mention

but I have no time for handles starting the......way too pompous!
