The base frame is glorious (despite the sloping TT) but the paint.

^ I've never ridden a bike with that stitch up leather bar covering, it looks to me like it would be slippery when wet. To be honest though that De Rosa probably does very few miles in the dry, and almost certainly never goes out in the rain!!
