Bike Sizing Question

So here's my dilemma. I am planning on ordering a Fuji Tahoe 4.0 mountain bike, but I need to figure out what size I am first. No shops around me have the bike, so I need to figure out my size some other way. Here's what I know.

I was able to try the Fuji Nevada 5.0 (completely different frame, fork, etc.) and found that the 21" fit better than the 19". The geometry for this bike can be found at http://www.fujibikes.com/bike/details/nevada_5_0

The geometry for the Tahoe 4.0, the bike I plan on ordering, can be found here: http://www.fujibikes.com/bike/details/tahoe_4_0#

Should I go with the 21" or the 19"?

Thanks in advance for the help and advice.

EDIT: Additional info:
I'm between 5'10" and 5'11" (roughly 179 cm) and have a 32" inseam.

one bit of advice is to err on the side of the smaller frame. You can adjust length but not height. too much height and handling could be compromised.

Dont rely on the showroom stand over test. think about how the bike will maneuver under you cornering/descending

I see far too man riders on mountain bikes that are too big for them because the are fit in the show room like a road bike. tall centers long top tubes and long stems and they are weaving all over the place climbing and cant transition cornering

as you become a better mountain biker you will want the top tube clearance cornering and technical terrain.

my recommendation isnt all or nothing here just giving you a different approach and advice you should consider in a choice. This is especially true of you are considering a 29er. go smaller

What Boeing said.

Personally, I wouldn't buy a bike that no LBS carried. Whose gonna give you love when you bend a derailleur hanger if no one stocks fuji parts? The list goes on. You're already off to a bad start trying to do a theoretical bike fit.

But to each his own of course!

I see what you are saying but luckily a shop near me does sell Fuji bikes, they just don't stock this model. Size is my problem?

Ha if the local bike shop stock Fuji they can find one for you to try within the sales system they can even get the rep to bring a demo to you if they want your business. the person who pays the piper calls the tune let them earn your sale.

Not like its only a few $$$ its a big sale for any shop.and if they are agents then they have all sales tec available. if they dont want your business go find another shop.

Really, is that true? Maybe a small LBS doesn't have that kind of pull? I don't know the industry at all but that sounds a little harsh. A big city, big volume shop, for sure would have that pull, but what about the small town LBS far away from any big centre?

Just a thought and like I said, I don't know the industry.
